Byron Bay Property Auction Exceeds Reserve!

A large number of registered bidders produced a flurry of bids to dramatically exceed vendor and agents expectations at Byron Bay on Saturday 13th October.
The small parcel of land (506m2) with a dilapidated beach shack achieved $694,000 which was in excess of $100,000 above the reserve price.
Find An Auctioneer’s Ray Cross who conducted the auction reported that the most spirited auction in Byron Bay for many, many months was enjoyed and appreciated by a large crowd of locals and visitors.
