Auction of Surfing Legends Memorabilia a Huge Success at Currumbin

Company Director Ray Cross, assisted by Palm Beach L.J. Hooker Franchisee, Neil Shorrock, performed an auction of several memorabilia pieces to aid the Surf World Museum at Currumbin on the Gold Coast. The auction items were signed and endorsed by 4 surfing legends, 7 time world champion Layne Beachley, current world champion Stephanie Gilmore, first ever world surfing champion Phyllis O'Donell and the original Gidget (Kathy Kohner Zuckerman), who went on to attain international television notoriety.
All four divas were in attendance on the night and entertained the 150 guest with some funny stories emulatin g from decades of experience on the world tour. The recipients of the auction proceeds, The Surf World Museum, were ecstatic with the results from the auction and expressed their gratitude to all concerned.

On the 26th September the Sydney Real Estate market experienced one of it's busiest auction days on record. Almost 700 properties went under the hammer and the average clearance rate of almost 65% was a pleasing results. One of our panel auctioneers, Tony Gahan, conducted several auctions on the day and reported great enthusiasm and confidence from large crowds that attended each auction. The auction process is certainly gaining more and more momentum and the desired results are being achieved.Government Auction Success!

Furniture Auction - Geelong
The recent dispursal of excess furniture and associated items was a great success and far exceeded expectations. Almost 700 items were catalogued and we are pleased to report close to total clearance. Excellent prices were achieved from a large contingent of registered buyers from Melbourne and Geelong.
Find an Auctioneer Auctioneers Ray Cross & Tony Gahan conducted the auction in its entirety and are pleased to acknowledge the assistance provided by the TAC Staff as well as the interaction received from the large crowd in attendance.
