Auction Clearance Rates on The Rise

On the 26th September the Sydney Real Estate market experienced one of it's busiest auction days on record. Almost 700 properties went under the hammer and the average clearance rate of almost 65% was a pleasing results. One of our panel auctioneers, Tony Gahan, conducted several auctions on the day and reported great enthusiasm and confidence from large crowds that attended each auction. The auction process is certainly gaining more and more momentum and the desired results are being achieved.
