Unreserved Property Auction Creates Strong Interest

Find an Auctioneer’s, Ray Cross, recently conducted an unreserved auction at Bilambil (Northern NSW) on behalf of Gold Coast Real Estate agents Knobel and David & Real Way Southern Beaches. The auction attracted a large crowd including 12 registered bidders and the property sold for $725,000 under the hammer. Even though the price was slightly below expectations, the vendors were very happy with the auction process.
