Complete Auction Management
We will conduct your auction on your behalf in its entirety. This includes the co-ordination of advertising, provision of staff to record the sale of all lots, and the ultimate settlement to you, plus of course, a top quality auctioneer to achieve the best result.
Charged at a commission rate plus advertising costs, payment for this service is as per our payment policy. In your best interests we would need to settle on a suitable marketing strategy and co-ordinate an auction date to maximise the return from your advertising budget.
Auctioneer Only
For when your event doesn’t require full management, we can also provide a suitable auctioneer from our expert team.

In compliance with the Office of Fair Trading’s guidelines, we provide assistance with registration of your auction. This ensures that you will be protected throughout the auction process.
Auctioneering FAQ
1. Is a deposit required upon making a booking?
a) If an auction is being conducted in its entirety by Find an Auctioneer a security deposit will be payable upon confirmation of booking.
b) For an auctioneering service only (eg. Real Estate Auction) full payment is requirement upon confirmation of booking.
2. Are auctioneers fully qualified?
Yes, all our auctioneers are licenced Real Estate Agents and Auctioneers.
3. Is Travel and accommodation included in the auctioneers fees?
Yes, unless extra ordinary circumstances require travel and accommodation.
4. Do you have auction warehouses?
No, all our auctions are conducted at venues selected by the vendors.
5. Who pays for the auction advertising?
Although Find an Auctioneer can co-ordinate the advertising all costs are the responsibility of the vendor.
6. Is Buyer registration mandatory?
Yes, it is mandatory to provide proof of identity and register prior to bidding at auction.
